Do you wish you could watch EXCELLENT short films, do you know where to find them? This is not Tik Tok where you consume nano content for a 3-second laugh or the next viral cat video on YouTube or even the overshared videos in your Instagram DMs that you just can’t justify spending your time watching.

Short films are one of the most powerful storytelling tools.

Aren't we all tired of superficiality?

WHERE IS QUALITY, SHORT FORM FILM, ENTERTAINMENT & ART?

Not cheap laughs, likes, or trends…

A social, streaming platform of the world’s best short film curation — coming soon (end of July)!

Discover intelligent, meaningful, and engaging entertainment on a new streaming app. Argo is the Netflix of short films, but with friends, hashtags, and curated playlists, kind of like a Spotify.

Argo drives storytelling on niche topics and shines a light on meaningful aspects of society, featuring stories that would otherwise never be told. This streaming app will revolutionize short film distribution.

There will be more accessibility and exposure for both filmmakers and viewers than ever before…

Globalizing and democratizing distribution in #Hollywood.

Integrating higher standards into the entertainment industry by showcasing impactful, well-done, films that incorporate Argo’s core set of values: Integrity, Respect, Creativity, and Equality.

Argo works with film curators to discover and organize the most impactful content.

GREAT STORIES WILL NOW BE DISCOVERABLE. No nepotism, no politics, no tit for tat. Stories will be shared, given a voice. There will be transparent revenue sharing for the filmmaker, and the opportunity to have their work known globally.

And what does ‘great’ mean?

  1. Does it stir us emotionally?
  2. Does it demonstrate great skill and craftsmanship?
  3. Is it topical or stoke good conversation?
  4. Does it change the way we think?

Curations….who curates these films? A committee of global curators that span multiple industries and film institutions.

For viewers, Argo will provide careful curation of content into genres, channels, industry, countries, and playlists, all with easy navigation. Playlists will also focus on themes, popular culture, and moods. Notable filmmakers will be invited to curate short film playlists made up of their favorite inspirations, as well as news publishing outlets such as The Wall Street Journal or The New York Times. Great films from the past will be restored and licensed, and fans can find extensive libraries of their favorite filmmakers.

There will be custom festival channels, where you will be able to find all the winning films and their filmmakers from past festivals as well as watch live festival premiers and Q&As. Students can showcase their best work and find the work of previous students. Schools can track and support their past students and their work.

Some fun things you will be able to do on ARGO:

  • Watch films in playlists
  • Share favorite films with friends or watch them together online
  • Send comments straight to the filmmaker
  • Send in recommendations for new films for Argo to license
  • Discover new films and new channels through curated playlists
  • Follow and support your favorite filmmakers

Argo is setting out on a journey to protect and elevate short films and filmmakers amidst an ocean of online content.

Based on curation, sociability, and accessibility filmmakers and viewers will be able to experience film in a way in a way that hasn’t been done before.

CAN’T WAIT FOR YOU TO DOWNLOAD ARGO.
