Argo’s first short film festival

Argo announced the winners last week for their ‘Untold Stories’ film festival. Regina Hoyles won best narrative, for her film Adullam. Kyungwon Song won best female director for her film Jesa. Ellie Wen won best non-fiction for her film The Missfits. And DaeQuan won best BIPOC director for his film What if Black Boys were Butterflies?

The film awards took place last week in London and the winner’s films screened at #ElectricTheatres in #NottingHill #London. This is Argo’s first film competition and the #films were quite impressive… definitely names on the rise that we look forward to seeing more projects from. #Argo is here to tell untold stories and magnify the voices and films that deserve to be seen, need to seen, and score the distribution to help launch their careers.
